Let's Change Your Language!
Affirming Worthiness:
Replace the critical thought "I'm not good enough" with "I am worthy exactly as I am, while I continue to grow"
New words, New outcomes:
INSTEAD of I'm not good at __X__, say
"I'm working on (new skill, behavior, or outcome)" ; I can't do ______" INSTEAD
Until now I haven't prioritized _______ ;
"The "AND" life:
Replace the word "but" with the word "and" as much as possible and see what you notice."
The "Get To" Mindset:
Replace the phrase "I have to" with "I get to" or "I choose to"
. This simple change shifts your perspective from seeing tasks as heavy obligations to viewing them as opportunities for gratitude and personal choice
Stopping the "Shoulds":
"Don't "should" all over yourself. Take responsibility and do it or don't do it. Beating yourself up will not get you closer to the goal or action."
Prioritization over Overwhelmed:
Instead of saying "I'm so busy," try using "I'm prioritizing what matters" or "That’s not my priority right now"
. This restores honesty and a sense of control over your time, reframing overwhelm into empowerment.
Curiosity over Absolutes:
In difficult conversations, replace absolute accusations like "You always..." with curious inquiries such as "Help me understand when this happens..."

– Morgan Wolf
“Morgan is a fantastic coach! Working with her has been an incredible experience that has helped me in my day to day as well as my long-term goals (personal and professional). She’s grounded, calming, supportive and professional. The exercises and conversations we’ve had/done in our sessions have helped me process and grow in ways I didn’t expect to when we started working together but I couldn’t be happier with the progress I’ve been seeing. Morgan is truly incredible and I highly recommend her for anyone seeking out growth in any and all areas of life.”

Morgan and I have worked together for a year and I can say my life is richer, and happier than I have been in seven years. Read her book! She peaks directly and from the heart. Do it, NOW!”

Morgan was very approachable and knowledgeable in guiding me to explore my past experiences and assisted me in getting rid of past and current negative emotions that were contributing to my limiting beliefs.
